Dream Catcher is NOT an algorithmic assessment. Instead, it is an 8 lesson online academic and career readiness curriculum designed to help participants discover their purpose and align that purpose with a suitable career path.

The student curriculum is designed for sixth grade through college. Our adult curriculum is intended for adults who are looking to pivot into a new career.
Dream Catcher is an eight hour flexible curriculum which can be expanded with other resources or used as a supplement to already existing courses.
Dream Catcher is used in core classes in middle school, high school, and college: english, health, CTE, advisory periods, and more. The adult version is used in non-profit organizations such as Goodwill.
- School Districts: the student profile, virtual interviews, and aspirational data provide guidance counselors, case carriers, and administrators greater connection with their students, vital information for IEP’s, and data for grant writing.
- Workforce Development: Onboarding tool prior to job placement or as a career & self exploration resource, improving counseling and guidance efforts.
- Adult Education & Community College: advisory, leadership, and CTE programs. It is also utilized as a workshop in Career Centers.
Dream Catcher is in alignment with Common Core, CTE, workforce development, and career readiness standards. It lends itself to being used in a variety of ways.
Our database is called Aspirational Data™, which provides participant work samples, a professional interview demonstrating the participant’s critical thinking skills, as well as their future aspirations.
The Aspirational Data™ offers valuable resources:
- Teacher: bridge the gap between academic achievement and real world success by knowing their students’ aspirations and purpose.
- Counselor: satisfies ASCA requirements. Counselors can view participants’ aspirational data to support future career pathways.
- Administrators: Scalable data that aids administrators in fiscal and resource allocation based on the career pathway choices of the student body.
- Parent: better understanding of what career pathway their youth has chosen and how they can support them.

Dream Catcher follows industry standards for data encryption and privacy for the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Dream Catcher has been vetted by CITE and other cyber security agencies. Upon your request, we can provide our National Student Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA).
